There's one born every minute

LUCID ABSINTHE - Imported from France!! Sealed look!!!!

Item Description:

You are looking at a Sealed bottle of Lucid Absinthe distilled in the fabled Loire Balley of France.

lucid is formulated by world renowned absinthe expert T.A. Breaux, and is distilled in strict accordance to traditional French methods. Lucid is crafted in the historic Combier distillery, founded in 1834 and designed by Gustave Eiffel in the fabled Loire Valley of France. Unlike most contemporary imitators, lucid is distilled entirely from spirits and European herbs, and uses no artificial additives, oils, or dyes. lucid recalls the rich tradition of Absinthe, and is crafted using a full measure of Grande Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), Green Anise, Sweet Fennel, and other fine European herbs traditionally used in making fine Belle Époque absinthe.

This Absinthe is one of the first brands of Absinthe that is legally available in the United States in over 95 years. This item is a collectible and should be treasured as the item is not available across the U.S. yet!!

eBay has strict policies on the sale of alcohol. All of these conditions must be adhered to:

· The value of the item is in the collectible container, not its contents.

· The container has not been opened and any incidental contents are not intended for consumption.

· The item is not available at any retail outlet, and the container has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of the alcohol in the container.

· The seller will take all appropriate steps to ensure that the buyer is of lawful age in the buyer and seller's jurisdiction (generally 21 years of age).

· Buyers and sellers both ensure that the sale complies with all applicable laws and shipping regulations.

BUYER OF THIS ITEM MUST BE 21 TO PURCHASE. Proof of age will be required before item is sent.

Looks like the ebay watchdogs took a look at that cheesy packaging and decided there was no way it was a collectible bottle that was more valuable than whatever was inside it.

Similar to mine, butt has a different handle, also my doesn't have the closing dripper (from which I have made a simple grille).

Also as the seller mentioned "it has not been polished", whereas mine obviously had been Polished™. Moreover, if I were in Florida, I wood not be selling it, but drinkin' with the Crew; not counting the fact, I have never used the nick: "dave" and my posts are prone to be misunderstood, butt I try to watch out for the spelling and grammar aspects in them, unlike the seller.

Thanks for findin' that one, made my day, really, hehe

Empty Collectible Absinthe bottle absinth absenth Lucid

This is an Empty collectible Absinthe bottle sold in the states but very hard to find. This absinthe taste & looks like it's genuine but it's has a very low thujon content. I haven't found this stuff under $60 a bottle, so it only makes since to import the real thing. The brand is Lucid, the size is 7.5cl with cork.

He's selling two zippos, both from the same source (although that one isn't on the website anymore, so maybe they finally ran out of them). I thought they were heinously, laughably overpriced before, in addition to being butt-ugly, but this guy's set a new standard for gouging the rubes. He's going after the La Fée XS crowd.

Anyone here know about a virus called Daily digest, I had an e mail with that title and I deleted it without opening,
today, I had an e mail from a friend, (i thought) but it looked like a duplicate,
I opened it and it was the daily digest, it had swiped my mail header and used it to get me to open.
Now I can't get rid of the S.O.B.

It was in the shoppe of that guy who sells full bottles of absinthe on eBay. I was going to rip on one of the poopball's horrible choices and ridiculous descriptions, but he actually had something good for a change in the form of Vieux Pontarlier, so I chose this instead. For the hell of it, maybe I'll check a few of the Filterated Czeckerland Xit kit listings before long. There should be something worth ridiculing there.

THIS LISTING COMPLIES WITH ALL EBAY RULES HAVING TO DO WITH COLLECTIBLE BOTTLES
which are as follows:

# The value of the item is in the collectible container, not its contents.
# The container has not been opened and any incidental contents are not intended for consumption.
# The item is not available at any retail outlet, and the container has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of the alcohol in the container.
# The seller will take all appropriate steps to ensure that the buyer is of lawful age in the buyer and seller's jurisdiction (generally 21 years of age).
# Buyers and sellers both ensure that the sale complies with all applicable laws and shipping regulations.

Well, as pointed out earlier, the E-Bay rules provide a sliver of truth to the bullshit.

Better be careful with that thing.

DUKE VINCENTIO: O, you hope the duke will return no more; or you
imagine me too unhurtful an opposite. But indeed I
can do you little harm; you'll forswear this again.

LUCIO: I'll be hanged first: thou art deceived in me,
friar. But no more of this. Canst thou tell if
Claudio die to-morrow or no?

DUKE VINCENTIO: Why should he die, sir?

LUCIO: Why? For filling a bottle with a tundish.

I think I'm going to sell off my absinthe stuff, I'm keeping the spoons and glasses Cros gave me because they were a gift from him.
I've got an antique oxygenee pyrogene, an antique Y glass, 6 saucers, a toppette and 4 modern fountains. I also have about 60 bottles, most of them private labels and completely empty.
I'm keeping all my spoons so I can smash them in my press.

2 Beautiful antique absinthe glasses sold for 10.50 each, 1 tenth of what they cost me. I was going to give them away anyway, glad Spoon ended up with them. I suppose it was the poor pictures and brief description, then again, that's prolly exactly what they are worth. I've got two that were a gift that I'll never part with.

Cool, you're just the person that should have it. I put it in a showcase right now, I can pull it after a week or so, if it doesn't sell, you can have sloppy seconds. Or, if that hurts I'll call the gallery and tell them to scratch it right now.
