We arrived kind of late and the party ended earlier than I expected.
Dude, it was 3 AM! I'm old. Plus, the Wormwood Society™ wasn't really meant for hard-core booze-up-and-riot kind of partying, but something a little more genteel, as it were. Also, more for growing and informing the base of consumers, rather than GT's especially for HG'ers.

If ya'll are interested in some North Florida-style southern hospitality, we could have a Southeastern Louchefest here.(SELF)(that still sounds narscisitic or self-abusing to me)
My place has 4bdr/2.5 baths , 2 fireplaces(1real,1gas), a deck overlooking 2.5 wooded acres(translation privacy)
I also have broadband and , with a little technical assistance; maybe the first webcast Louchefest in history!
Sorry, the local gay bar doesn't have leather

Another Fee Verte crossover. As for who I am...I am a courier driver for a company that many here are most likely VERY familiar with. Music and writing are my two great passions in life. I first tried absinthe around the end of last year (Started with LDF's 3 of the best)...since then I have been hooked. I have tried nine different commercial brands and am looking forward to trying an HG (Moonman is coming in May).
As for the "Meaning of Life"...I'll leave that to Monty Python.

Loved the pics, i was going to attend this months WS get together, but it looks like I'm gonna shoot for LCLF instead. I too like Musicgeek and a hell of a lot of other people here, am a FV crossover. I first got into Absinthe in 2000 when I was in EuroFuckyLand. Had read a bout it in art history and all the old paintings had intrigued me so I thought I'd give it a try. Had some Sebor in London (Not very good, but it could have been Hills) Then I found some really good HG at a lil shop in Austria, and I was hooked. When I got back to the states and researched getting some here, I saw the prices, and tried the essence (EKK!!!) Not even close. A few months ago I found FeeVerte, got some UE LB, UE 68, Serpis, etc, and am hooked.
Absomphe-looks like you had a great time at the last meeting of the WS.

Well I don't know if you would really call it an HG, or if it would really be all that good compaired to what we got now, all I got is memories. But compaired to what I had had before that, Sebor, it was friggin great. There was a small store in Innsbruck where they mad there own liqeuors, they had about 100 of them, and you could sample any of them (they's cut you off after a while though). There was an absinthe they made too. I got a 200ml bottle of it, but damn I should have gotten more. Compaired to Sebor the xit was amazing, although now that I look back on it, if my memory serves me correct it was quite similar to Mari Mayans, although not quite that brite. I'd love to go back and compare now that I have had much better comercial stuff. Still the shop was awesome, they had a really good fruity hemp liquor, and all kinds of other stuff. They would bottle it right there in your choice of allkinds of artsy bottles, you just paid by the ml.

Deffinately worth a stop if you're in Innsbruck, over 100 Schnapps and free samples, they're yummy. I'll try to figure out what the name of the place is. All I remember is it's next to the little building with the golden roof, a few doors to the right of that. It's a kind of famous landmark there.
