Actually 14 absinthes (and it may have been more like 16, since I had a couple before Jack arrived!) was nearly twice the amount I had ever previously consumed at one sitting. My typical number is about 3-4, but considering how delicious those damn HGs were, and the opportunity that presented itself, I readily confess to getting more than a bit carried away. To Hiram (and Mrs. Hiram), I can only reiterate my sincerest apologies, and assure you folks that this was an aberration never to be repeated...well except for the fun parts before I kinda lost it!

In Seattle, you never know how a party is going to turn out. We arrived kind of late and the party ended earlier than I expected. I stopped early 'cuz I decided to drive home instead of taking a taxi. I probably drank the bulk of those 6 glasses over a 2 hour period.
