Beer and Boiled P-Nuts tonight!

My mother gave me a slow cooker
and I need to bahl, as they say in
S. Carolina, some peanuts. Raw is
difficult to find, though.

It's a little 1.5 qt. guy, but I cooked a
roast for 24 hrs., xit. Damn tasty.

I may start to do more than fry
scrapple and re-heat cheese steaks.

I got the peanuts at the evil wallyland. Most grocery stores cary them, just watch out. They usually carry three types. (1)Roasted, (2) Roasted and salted, and (3) Raw. Get the raw ones.

It took 4 hours to cook this batch. Yummy (especially with beer).

I ran through a six pack of corona tonight and have progressed to trying to wipe out my overstock of Stoli in martini form. I'm sure that it will take more than a couple nights but I'm on my third, if only my mornings were so refreshing. No food in the house tonight but my aunt sent a couple cakes of cornbread by UPS and it's due tomorrow, ain't nothin' like like good cornbread with habanero sauce.
