I friend of min just mailed me from San Sebastian, Spain, and said he had a hard time finding any (good) absinthe. Anybody who knows where to go?

before he left, i provided him with the following list (compiled from revs. as I don't know shit):

Segarra Absenta 40 euro
Philip Lasala, a Vrai Absinthe 12 euro
Absinthe N.S. 25 euro
Absenta Serpis 26 euro

Well he can always order locally from Spirit Corner.

Of course! I know, but I just was'nt clear enough in my first post. He's only there for a week or so, attending a film-festival (hosting a program of Danish porn and exploitation, among other things...).

I was told on the Fee Verte board, that he might be facing a hard time searching for absinthe in northern Spain. Anyway, I think he bought a bottle or two of Lasala, so it's not all bad...
