I just got my order of the new Fougerolles from LDF. It is quite a bit different from the from the filtered version. I can notice a bit more anise in the mix and it seems that the veronica flavor has been subdued. If you have tried it what do you think. How do you feel it compares to the last batch?

I have only had one glass old, one glass new, but the new Fou was better.
