Always boilyour yeast before pitching it in fresh wort. It gets rid of the nasty bacteria that way.

As I mentioned in prior posting, we plan of offering a type of "shuttle" service between the Motel 6 and the LCLF house. This will help alleviate the tempation to drive the NW hilly and treacherously curvey roads under the green fairy's influence. We plan on making the pickups starting at around 6:00PM.
