So? This isn't like macerated vs distilled. Good beer can be made from extract. (At least I hope so.)

Good beer can be made from extract. You can not make it quite a light in color with extract as AG nor can youcontrol the terminal gravity as well, but you can still make very good beer.
Something like 30% of the NCH winners are extract.

Black Coffee-
Happy Easter or Oester
"The festival of Oester is for the Spring Goddess. It is celebrated on the first full moon after the spring equinox ( which is at 01:45 am, 21 March), the date of the festival this year being 31 March, at 22:50 pm. Times are GMT.
The Spring Goddess is represented by the hare, because of the mating rituals, and the egg, symbol for new life.
The Christians took the festival and put it on the next Sunday. The name has corrupted to Easter, and the hare has given way to the rabbit! - But - eggs are still exchanged, continuing the old custom."

Maybe I'll have rabbit and eggs for lunch.
Slapped down a few Hoes w/co-workers
after the grind last night, then a few
more beers during tuck in time.
Today is a possible Sunday Funday in the
'hood, since the Brew Works is closed.
