Went to Nasheville this weekend to take the MIL (80) and FIL (83) to visit the SIL. Got 50 miles out of town and found out that the MIL Had fallen down the stairs on Thrusday and hadn't told anyone. Spent Friday evening/night in the ER waiting for a Doctor to check her over. Lots of bruises, no broken bones, one bad cut to the lower left ankle that needed draining and antibiotics.

ILs are tea totlers and I don't drink around then, so I got a Stone IPA on the way to the Motel. Nice American IPA. The only brew I had all weekend.

I took vacation today, and helped get the MIL resituated at her house. She is improving and should be fine.

I need to rinse my glass with some beer.
