Is this re-wrapped St. Louis?
http://shop3.webmailer.de/cgi-bin/ePages.s...17002&2D2195399I can't vouch for anything about this, but...

http://www.svtea.com/fd_sugar.aspthese don't appear to be individually wrapped, so I don't think they're what your're looking for...
but I thought I'd put it forth anyway.
I've been using the other brand this joint sells, "La Medina", which I got at the French/Italian food
mart in Chelsea Market. they seem to do the job too, but I'm not big on sugar, so what do I know?

Hey! It could be worth it. You get a garage full of it and then sell it through a company --say, in the Caymans!

In Texas, they're easily found at HEB's Central Market locations, and also any Whole Foods Markets. Not sure how widespread these companies are, so this may have been a big fat waste of your time, but hopefully it'll be of some use.

Yeah, being in Texas you should have easy access. I didn'tknow if any of these other folks would have a Central Market nearby, but I figured they migh thave Whole Foods.

That is a good question, I went direct to Saint Louis, and they gave me the info for their distribution very quickly.
I have a Whole Foods in my neighborhood, but seldom go there as I don't do much in the way of cooking.
From what Food Match told me there is no problem getting them to most any area.
