Went horse riding today , on my daughter's place, I love that girl.
Took the boat out on the river,
I was going to fish but ended up giving pony rides.
My wife fell getting out of the boat.
Drinking some whatever , you guessed it yes.
I'm a bad man .

A very fresh Pontarlier and a glass of the spicy Swizzle LB from G&C's GT. It's already toned down a bit. CHIT - there's alot of fuckin' Fennel in there! Unfortunately, I was trying out a new glass and I under watered it.

Mmmmmm...fennel....
I didn't ride my horse today but that's onacuz she's too old. I did sniff her, though. I had forgotten how good horses smell.
Oh--I guess this counts as drinking-- I had some honeysuckle this afternoon.

Did you pick the blossoms and suck them?
I used to love doing that.

Absofuckinlutely!
It grows right along the fenceline.
I had a white one first, before I remembered that the yellow ones are better.

May 29 2004, 09:12 PM
I would say yes but I can't ride a bike.
On drink #2 now. A little Pinche Puta...it's too green here to be drinking a La Bleue.
Kirk
May 29 2004, 09:18 PM
Of course it is , aren't you in Virginia?

Purty house!

I stayed up all night and watched that movie once, I liked it for the technical factor.

I liked it 'cause that dude from the other movie. The one who drove a taxi, and talked to a parrot.... you know, the one that the Fresh Prince keeps shooting in the head, well, he was in it.

Got a bit of fever and a headache. Trying to see if a bit of Fou will cure it.
It doesn't really seem to work, but it's nice anyway.

I like the original version (1960???). The Ouija Board scene always scares the crap out of me! Beats Captain Howdy any day!!!

Best part of that film was the ghosts ... I like the one that killed herself in the bathtub. Pretty hot for a hacked up dead chick.

Nice, relaxing day. I'm enjoying that Lush Life on my balcony among the plants and vines. It's a beautiful cool day here. Yesterday was nice too. Tomorrow is a clean up day.

I'm due for a party at a co-worker's house tomorrow so I'm taking it easy with some sapphire & tonic tonight, caps the corona nicely. Friday was another fucking bar hopping ordeal that found me behind only a couple of beers from the entire crowd's tab, throw in several jager bombs(not my choice, they were handed to me) and I remember very little else.
DrinkSlinger
May 30 2004, 03:27 PM
Ah, the Jager Bombs...
I've somehow dropped into the habbit of drinking Redbull and Jager when I'm realllllly drunk. When I sart ordering JagerBombs, or Jager/Bull cocktails it's the begining of blackout city.
The worst part is Red Bull really doesn't agree with me. In the past I've drank only RB (no booze) and always wake up with a hangover (all the pain, none of the fun).

It has finally quit raining after I don't know how long. The sun has come out and it is warm.
I've been sitting on my very small deck listening to & watching the birds.
I'm also sipping a slerpis.
Kind of nice on a warm day.

Just finished dinner, doing a little cleaning around the home office, then it's off the the backyard to enjoy several glasses of Segarra 68, and a fine cigar (not to be confused with Cigarra).

Fun fact for the desperate semi-inebriated.... ever leave your smooth-lidded bottle of gin in the freezer a bit too long and can't get a grip to wrench the top off? Wrap a strip of masking tape around the lid, twist and pour... repeat as necessary.

Senor Coconut rules! He is so funny. If anyone of you hasn't heard this hilarity yet I'd suggest you do so. This is so funny. Just try it. And I'm not going anywhere until I'm good and ready to go....O.k. I'm leaving.....See ya....
Why didn'tcha tell me to go earlier? I would go. If you don't say anything then I'll just stick around 'til I'm good and snockered (English phrase). You gotta say something if'n you wanna get with GB before he gets too drunk to.....well, you know. Hey, just let me know, otherwise I'm going on and on and on....'til I get tired. And I'll bet you get tired before me.....

A. LeCoq's Imperial Extra Double (Russian) Stout, brewed by Harvey's of London, 2001 Vintage.
Simply the best of its kind, hands down.
It even blows away Poseidon Imperial Stout, from Fish, in Olympia, Wa. Just incredible xit!

Enough Salty Dogs so I passed out in
front of the fireplace-cold here!-then
off to Mayfair and Celtic music, then
Yuenglings @ Hary's on the way home
and doing some lovely comedy for

aren't used to being talked to unless it's
about some guy trying to get his wick
