The staff was perfectly nice and accomodating to me so I gave them high marks.
But I scored everything else "poor."
I made sure to recount my experience in the "comments" section.

I guess me and Glassy got lucky.
Our room was fine, the staff was great.
They even opened the dining room for us so we could get lunch on Friday around 3:30. Normally they are closed from 2-5.
Though I haven't received a survey yet.

I had no problems.
The room was clean, and acceptable.
My only whinge was that there was no stopper in the tub. If I'd wanted to take a bath I would have been disappointed.

Our room was fine too. No complaints except for the poor shuttle service.

The security guard stopped Dinky and I at 3AM when we tried to enter the elevator. He asked to see our room cards. He was kind of an asshole.

I did the same, Abby.

I also added that for the $156 I paid for three nights, it wasn't horrible. For the $400+ I was EXPECTING to pay, it was completely unacceptable. Also, that I'd stayed at nicer Motel 6's.
