Some people finally sued Paypal over their seemingly-random account limitations/locking. If you've had this happen to you (it happened to me just because I didn't give them my CC#, SSN, shoe size, and mother's maiden name in a "timely" manner), you can get $50 out of the deal. Not much after considering the aggravation, but any money out of this whore-of-online-payment is uplifting to me. I think I'll drink to that.

After ripping someone off for hundreds of dollars, they get to pay them back $50 and all will be forgiven.
