Finally got to try both Jade- the only REAL Burnt™ absinthe varieties this weekend!!!! I actually preferred the N.O. to the S.V., which I was not expecting. It just seemed to have a little something "extra" going on with the flavor. Great job by Ned on both accounts! And thanks to some kind folks (you know who you are), I have plenty of both to keep me busy for a while...

The Pignon Nimes was pretty darn good as well, although I don't think I would consider myself a Wormwood Coont™ just yet...
