Yeah, the resemblance was uncanny. She said she could sing, too. She was adorable in her own Joni Mitchell meets strapping Amazon kind of way. That was right after we got busted by management for hanging out to close to the glass door to the men's room (one more reason to love that bar). Sorry, I don't remember her name.

Just got back from seeing Steve Earle.
Oh FUCK what an amazing show.
2 hours and 45 mins, nonstop.
Played material from his entire career
and tossed in a handful of covers.

Allison Moorer opened, and added vocals for the Steve duets.
Her voice was angelic.

I'm still floored by how great that show was.

Steve Earle is fun!

He also kicks ass,

I had to go to class on a Saturday morning (8 am) for a speeding ticket.
That sucked a lot.
