You could win a bottle of Gen-You-Wine La Fee "Parisian" or "Barfhemian" Assbinth!
As consumed by Marilyn Manson on MTV!
QUOTE
Marilyn Manson Shares Assbinth with His New Students
As part of a new MTV show, Marilyn Manson surprised students in a Temple University Art and Society class, in Philadelphia recently with an hour-long guest lecture. His first question? Could he share a bottle of absinthe with the students?
The green fairy stayed on the desk as Manson responded to questions about art, politics and religion.
'I'm not someone who doesn't respect religion, but I don't care for the way religion is used to manipulate people. We create our own gods. We create our own devils.'
Well, it's implied by the article's wording and the photo of Manson with a bottle of La Fee behind him. Never mind that it was the red fairy.
Just go
here to take a whack at it. You get to list ALL your favorite assbinthes!
After filling out the questionnaire, tell a "friend"!

So both La Fee and Sebor use Marilyn Manson in their marketing, and he appered on MTV with red Serpis.
Does anyone know if he's ever had what we would consider the good stuff - VdF, BdF, Jade- the only REAL Burnt™ absinthe or an HG?

(No offense intended, but)
Does anyone really care??
What a waste of the good stuff that would be.

If a celebrity is drinking absinthe, yes, many of us do care. Perhaps not enough to take a day off to celebrate or mourn, but enough to find the information as or more interesting than the other stuff we write & read here.

I suppose the reason that we haven' seen a photograph of him with Swizzle is becuase the photo cannot be posted at feeverte.net.

I see your point. A person of note, toting a bottle of decent absinthe in a positive way would be a plus for our side.
(Now for some minor soap boxing)
To me the opinions of a celebrity are no more valid, or important, than that of the plumber that fixes my toilet or the guy who delivers my mail. People who take advice from celebrities are listening to someone who probably (yes, there are exceptions) only has a high school education. At best he/she has an advanced degree in drama (or music, sports, etc.). (Rant mode off)

No, not at all! You mis-understood my rant.
I was simply saying that some people equate celebrity with having devine knowledge. If Oprah says she uses Preparation H to get rid of mouth sores, how many idiots are gonna run out and try it. No matter what a Doctor might say to contradict it.
People act as if these celebrities are the font of all knowledge. Some, if they were not celebrities, would either be institutionalized, incarcerated or both.
I was not impuning those with HS diplomas, GED's, etc. I was simply, in a not too clear way, decrying the cult of celebrity.
My apologies to those I unjustly offended!

We're in agreement. Celebrities who drink absinthe are interesting just because so few people drink absinthe. The fact that a celebrity drinks beer is a huge "so what!" because most people drink beer on occasion.
If a celeb like the same brands of absinthe I do, that's great but it doesn't make me (or the celeb) a better person. If they like brands I don't like, that's just their opinion. If they say Czeckerland Filterated Czeckerland Xit is authentic, then they're misinformed.
