Okay, before I get all excited .... is this thing real? He's got awesome feedback, but I don't want to get hosed. I just got a bad feeling about it .... too perfect, too clean.

I can't tell much from those pictures. I have never seen Pernod Fils labels for sale that weren't on a bottle. It's probably fine, but I'd contact the seller for higher resolution jpegs.
Ian had two, but they are sold.

The thing is, living in America, you can expect to pay more than someone in EuroFuckyLand. It's not like you are going to find much at your local flea market.

Yeah .... I thought as much. I was planning on going as high as a buck and a quarter for it. I'm sure it'll fetch more....

Could be one of my frequent false memories.
Like the one about having parents.

I think good E. Pernod labels are common, I have one that is perfect. I don't think the P Fils labels are common at all. I might be wrong too.

Digits, didn't you have some Pernod labels like the one on that bottle?

Also, the ebay post said that it accepted paypal, well; I emailed him about his saucers and asked why he didn't list paypal there too! Apparently, he doesn't have paypal at all and the payment post with the bottle was in error!

Since Ebay bought Paypal, they'v been adding the "we accept paypal" thing to auctions a lot .... It's more than an accident, I'm sure.
