I just leave the bottle open and throw the cork away. The airspace of a whole room makes it age faster.

I used that technique with a bottle of Vintage Pernod Fils, it aged out nicely within a year of removing the cork.

I just poured mine through a Brita filter. It aged it in 5 minutes.
