I have to apologize for posting here without first introducing myself, as it appears that is the custom. I'm afraid that despite all of my reading and searching, I somehow managed to miss that pre-requisite "Goddamned n00bs!"

Anyway, I'm new to absinthe, having only begun furiously researching it about a month ago. Since then, I've scoured the FeeVerte forums and the forums here, gleaning every piece of information I could find.

I also made my first purchase about two weeks ago from LDF.

1 Bottle: Jade- the only REAL Burnt™ absinthe Edouard
1 Bottle: BDF
1 Bottle: VDF

I'm afraid that in that brief period of time I've already nearly killed both the bottle of Jade- the only REAL Burnt™ absinthe Eddie and the BDF, with about 1/3 of a bottle remaining of VDF. This is going to be one expensive obsession. I did post an introduction over at FeeVerte, it is somewhat long-winded, and I didn't want to bore anyone who's read it over there with posting it again here verbatim.
