It looks totally different from the N.O. bottle I purchased from LDF. Is Ted marketing a different sized bottle in Frenchieland?
Absinthe_1900
It's one of those confusing French situations.

Wrong Absinthe at the wrong place at the wrong time...

I actually like that it has a T-Cork and no wax seal.

I remember when I got my first bottle of NO it was at work, and I had to work very late, and wanted to crack it open, but couldn't find a corkscrew at work. I walked like 10 blocks trying to find a convenience store that had a corkscrew, and it was one of those really shitty part-knife ones and it destroyed the NO cork. I like this "hey it's ok to drink at work" T-Cork thing better.

Those are the same bottles they had on display at Combier last week. I havent gotten the photos seperated out yet, but I noticed the difference when I saw the slimmer bottle as well.

Grey Boy
I remember once Peter saying that spirits couldn't be sold in France in 75cl bottles, only wine used that size, spirits had to be bottled in 70cl bottles.
Crosby
I believe they can also bottle spirits in one-liter bottles. I’ve never seen the point of bottling booze in anything smaller.
Selmac
Me niether. I wonder if that French bottle has a lower fennel content than the regular one.
TheGreenOne
I like the tequila that comes bottled in one-gallon PET milk jugs.

ugly, thin, tall, 70cl french market bottle, used out of necessity and not choice.
(all attractive 70cl bottles must be custom-made)
different words on label, same full cork, same wax. same NO inside.
only sold in france and sweden.
DrinkSlinger
There you have it.
I guess this topic is now closed...
