Common spoon, it didn't cost much. So to make up for the lack of bids, the seller overcharged on shipping.

They should DIE! I won a Topette a few years ago on EBay France for 1 Euro. The seller tried to renege on the sale and after a month of emails he said he would sell it to me but shipping would be 100 euros.
