Those looks like amazing recipes.

I think I'll try to make some "Larmes de Lune" Ice cream for the Hollydays (with the new improved LDL1). I have some experience with sherbet but not with Ice cream, maybe the recipe will need some tuning, I better start working on it right away. I expect it to be a dessert to die for.

I'll let you know how it turns out and if I end up with a better recipe, I'll write it here.

If you try any of those recipies, please share how it turned out and how it could be improved.
