Hello everyone, I would like to introduce myself to your fine forum . 2 weeks ago I had no idea this place even existed. My only knowledge of Absinthe was warped and twisted. But my how things change... Lucky me my better 1/2 (who you all know as Lystie) decided to give me my X-mas present early to my surprise it was a bottle of UE 68 and a bottle of UE Blanche. Not to mention a pair of glasses and spoons!! However, in my twisted knowledge I thought we needed on of those bubble pipes too! That thought was quickly removed from my head. Now just a week later here I am enjoying the just arrived bottle of GENTIANE While I don't claim to be a taste guru (yet!) I must say that it is quite good!! It has a nice louche that didn't start until about a 2:1 ratio was achieved. It seems to be very smooth with an undertone that I can't quite name. Well, that's it for now I must finish my drink and go clean the birdcage. I look forward to learning all I can about my wonderful new...hobby.

That's true. It's a diffuse kind of until the FNG has been around long enough for a workable theme to develop. It's not a question of whether you'll get , but of when, how and by whom.
