chevy chase's 'i think you're all fucked' speech in 'vacation'

the doctor advising ryan dunn not to tell anyone about the toy car in his ass in 'jackass: the movie'

How about when Danny DeVito whacks Billy Crystal on the head w/ the frying pan in "Throw Momma from the Train"? I couldn't breathe for 5 minutes after that one.

Then there's this scene in Bad Santa where Billy Bob, the black midget Elf, and this fat dumb kid all punch eachother in the nuts.

And just about any scene in Top Secret will have me rollling on the floor.

Though my all time #1 favourite is Jesus in the Big Lebowski. "I'll stick de gun up yur ass and pull de triggah till de gun goes cleek! Nobuddy fucks wit de Jeezuss!"

IMO, the funniest movie ever made is the first Naked Gun movie. It even has OJ Simpson getting all kinds of advance karma coming at him.

My favorite scene is where Leslie Neilson leaves the city council meeting with a live wireless microphone and goes to the men's room, and his pee noise is broadcast loud and clear into the meeting room.

I've never been able to stay on the chair for that one!

I also like the scene where the French knight is on the battlements
of the castle,hitting his head with his hands,and says "you silly English
persons.."Throwing cows over the castle walls was pretty good too.

And the Knights who say "NEE"! "If you do not bring us a shrubbery,
we will have to say nee! to you!... A nice one,not too fancy."

The series was also very funny.

Fletch Lives -- Every scene in which he purposely runs into things because he has no brakes. The best was when he ran into the parking meter, breaking it off. He then casually gets out, picks it up, puts a dime in it, and drops it.

I love in Space Balls when they're told by Dark Helmet to comb the desert, so the black dude is out in the desert with an afro comb, and says "we ain't found shit!".

Yeah,Citizen Kane is up there with the Pink Panther.
The humor is more subtle,though.

I always thought Straw Dogs had lots of funny scenes. Like the the whole rape thing...

And then the "Bring da budda, trim yu fingunailss" scene in Last Tango in Paris always had me rolling in the aisles..

...and Schindler's List wasn't the romantic comedy I was told it was!
