Doubt there'll be 40 Liters this year...I've only received one small box (haven't opened it so I don't even know if it's booze or a box of dog xit.)
I had one more fermenter of pLambic in the corner and I drug it out last week and racked it to a clean carboy.
Two days ago I added a 16oz bottle of 68brix tart cherry concentrate and a fresh yeast slurry. The pint of 68Brix syrup should have been twice as much as would have been needed for 3V/V of carbonation so I was going to ferment it out and then bottle with corn sugar for priming. However, after two days there is absolutely no yeasts activity.
Looks like it is not going to be in shape to bottle any time soon, possibly never.
