I'm trying to loose weight. I topped 200# a couple of months ago and an ultrasound of my abdomen (gall baldder problems) showed fatty deposites in my liver. My doctor agreed that if I'd back off drinking during the week and loose some weight it should clear up.

I'm down to 188# and looking to drop to 160 or 170.

WEek days are fine, but I think I'm compensating on weekends. I'm a sucker for fat and salt (pork).

I had a nice D-Dream with dinner, and then I'm of to beer land while trying to install a new hard drive and load all the shit I normally run (Avast, Zone Alarm, SpybotS&D, etc).
