Gnarly.
mthuilli
Yep, this is 'Muse de France #5', was first produced around September-October 2005.
Crosby
Any good?
mthuilli
Yes, herbaceous with a little note of mandarine, a fresh and young absinthe.
Slackjaw
I think Cros prefers his absinthe old and dry...
Off. Jack Batemaster
And his wimmins...
Crosby
Just the opposite.
Crosby
The best thing about young women? Their stories are shorter.
Off. Jack Batemaster
Well you might want them young and wet, butt getting them that way is another story...just ask Captain Cranberry...™

The recipe's OK (though his own Dutch Helfrich is a bit heavy on the colouration herbs, it has its charm).

What Lemercier did with it, though, is not. I don't think Helfrich would disagree with that assessment. It's the MDF that sucks the least, but that isn't saying much.
mthuilli
It was a very young absinthe when I sampled it, good and particular but still young, it just needed to age a little, I'm sure it is better 8 months after, I will ask Luc.
Helfrich
I think the Lemercier version is rather flat and not very interesting. The Dutch version is produced by Rijneveen. That one is quite rude and unbalanced, though the recipe is virtually the same. I'm guessing that overcooked wormwood could easily be mistaken for a pontica dominance. My 'own' version has never been released.

This is getting more and more confusing, but somehow I still enjoy it. Well erm... let's see what the "Openluchtmuseum" monster will do to the defiled recipe.

Why didn't you say you have a site?
sixela
I thought I did mention it.
Crosby
Prolly, but since I've have become the essence of mean crazy drunk lately, my memory hasn't been very good.
Off. Jack Batemaster
Who the fuck is Hellbitch?
sixela
PTFA.jpg.

He did introduce himself, and IIRC his profile is suitably filled in.
Off. Jack Batemaster
So, who the fuck is he?
TheGreenOne
It's all right there in his IIRC profile.

To quote you:

Oh I saw the introduction, I just didn't give 5 xits and a rammer...

Taken as an existential question, by the way, not even Helfrich himself can answer that question.

Off. Jack Batemaster
I am always existential about who'ing the fuck...
Helfrich

That's an existential question. I guess I've sort of re-entered a denial phase.
