After many hours of tweaking I got a good handle on it. I actually preformed a Hendrix medley at open mike yesterday. Hey Joe, Purple haze and little wing. It was well received. Just me and my Martin D-18 GE.

So far it is Dżipago who use famous tunes with Polish very sarcastic and uncensored lyrics dealing with drinking, village life, very to the point.
These recordings come from early 90's but still reflect the socio-political situation here.
Also I am listening to some Polish hits from 60's/70's like "Mexicana".

We Swedes are reputed to be very good at it. We've been doing it for centuries in the outskirts of Copenhagen. One of our great thinkers wrote a treatise on the subject:
The Birth of Goat Song out of the Spirit of Archaic Whining.

He used to, but has not got promoted enough and very few people know the guy really exists if is very talented one.
Rubik is playing on nation's virtues and vices as he went too CO and is regarded a star, though a norom. Previously, it was Penderecki. All in all, we can talk of Polish patriotic classical music renaissance, not in the vein of Szopen but close.

Sky Blue -- Maria Schneider Orchestra. Highly recommended. Maria Schneider is the best orchestral jazz composer working today and one of the finest composers in any genre. Her use of the

When I got out of the NAVY in 1975 and went back to Tech School (Midlands on Rosewood ave in Columbia SC).
I Got to be friends with Phil Greenway. After a year he transfered to Clemson. He came back on break in Dec 76 and told me I should transfer, so I went to the Burser's office at Clemson and asked for an application. When I told them I was on the GI bill, the attendant stamped an application "APPROVED" and handed it to me. So, I transfered to Clemson. We lived in a trailer by the railroad track. I cooked, and he washed dishes. We agreed no one got stoned on week days. It worked out well. He also had a set of Klipsch Heresey speakers with a Crown DCA150 amp. I stashed my Panasonic receiver and Kenwood KL-5050 speakers.
Any way he left during the summer of 77 and went back to Cola while I stayed at Clemson and went all year round.
When he left I hooked up my system I realized how bad it sounded. The speakers were OK, but not great. The receiver sucked. So I bought a new system. I kept the Kenwoods and still have them. They are in the garage hooked up to a car stereo that sets on the work bench.
Back in 97 after I got divorced, a friend said he had a set of speakers he wanted to sell. I went by to look at them and they were Hereseys. I got the second pair for less than half what I paid in 77 for the first pair.
I have one set in the computer room and a second set down stairs hooked up to the stereo that doubles for the sound system for the TV.

Those Klipsch are hard to beat, I've got the RB 81's.
Pick up a Hafler DH 200 or DH 220 for a power amp, you can get them for around $100, .003 thd. While you're at it, get the DH 110 or 100 pre amp (@75-100$)
and the DH 330 tuner ($75), hard to beat for under 15K.
Don't mess with any of the later Hafler stuff, the SE, Iris etc., total crap.
