Full Version: The Short List
The Misfit Absinthe Forum > The Town Square > Commercial Sources

I might as well post something useful for the newbies:

Here's a basic list of reliable vendors:

Liqueurs de France - www.absintheonline.com - Great Britain - The sole suppliers of Un Emile 68 absinthe, Vieux Pontarlier anisette, fine liqueurs and eaux de vie from the distillery of Les Fils d'Emile Pernot, Pontarlier France.
* Jade- the only REAL Burnt™ absinthe products are your best bet, after that be sure to try the new Verte and Blanche de Fougerolle, arguably a step above the Un Emile line.

Fine Spirits Corner - www.spiritscorner.com - Spain - Possibly the largest wine & spirits shop on the web. Here you will have the possibility to choose between more than 1200 products.

La Fee Verte - www.absinthvertrieb.de - German - The growing demand of our international customers led us to the development of the new La Fee Verte site. It is completely new designed and offers an extremely comfortable navigation. We really hope to offer you an even better service since we did in the past. We’ve decided to recalculate the shipping fees. Now, shipping fees correspond to the actual weight of your order.
*Markus carries the Un Emiles, Kubler, Segarra and the infrequent quality bottle of Suisse La Bleue.

MoonMan - Until things settle down, and due to exclusive distribution. I'll let the Man speak for himself.

That is no longer correct. Amongst others, Spirit Corner now has Un Emile 68 (Verte and Blanche).

UE Sapin is still a LdF exclusive, though, as will be some soon-to-be-released UE products.

Alandia also has something I haven't seen anywhere, i.e. UE Sapin 45 (?)

I know, my bad. I was cutting and pasting from the respective websites. I was more interested in adding some absinthe related content to help get the new forum off to a running start.

Just doing my part.

But you are correct, and it's worth noting. In fact, I mention it in another post in this section - "Everyone has got Un Emile coming out of there ass."

I'm sure LDF will be correcting that info on their website. However, It's my guess that they're waiting for their new product release to update their content.

Let's not forget our friends at www.eabsinthe.com, home of La Fee ... I've never had a problem with them. Actually ordred on a Friday morning and had my package Monday afternoon of the next week.

Yup, eabsinthe and LdF are VERY good suppliers. I think it is more that a lot of people don't drink Le Fee.

I still do from time to time. It's the only oil mix I really enjoy, and makes for a nice change of pace sometimes.

Tonight will be Sappy. I can tell already. I need some spiciness (and a numb tongue).

Just don't buy Hill's Filterated Czeckerland Xit. berk.gif

La Fee makes the best EYE-OPENERS!!!
Louched Liver
You got that right!
DGLeadbetter
Actually, eabsinthe won't sell Hills to the US. We lucked out on that one, yes?

La Fee is, in my opinion the tastiest commercial absinthe available. Un Emile is wonderful but it lacks a certain bite even in Sapin form.
Louched Liver
And you are a doofus.
