A few years ago Glassy and I moved to a heavenly apartment,
huge floor plan, full basement (for my beers),
grate rent compared to others in the area (Greater Boston).

Sadly our landlord (an agency) is clueless.
I've done repairs on my own here and there,
but the major ones it needs they say no.

Anyway,
I put in a new kitchen sink, with a spray attachment,
since it's cold here and the pipes are cold too
that means my faucet water is very chilly.
I louched a glass today with the old "Power Louche" method,
DAMN! It works! I think the cold H2O helps (summer would sabotage this test),
so, success.
