Well, when I do, it seems people I respect are so shocked they immediately assume it's a puppet.

So yes, it's tiring never to dumb down, but it's all your fault.

The brain goes through these states:

It still never seems to dumb down. And unlike some others, I seem to lose consciousness when the brain goes off line.
