What's left of The Who, 2/23/2007, Reno.
I haven't been to a concert in years.

I first saw the Who before many here were born: 1966, concert in London, with the last 3 acts being Who, Stones, Beatles. All that screaming, I didn't hear a thing.
I thought they played a good set at Live8 in 2005: with the surviving members probably being deaf by now, they can play even louder.

I think I remember seeing them, somewhere, but I don't remember any of the details. Same thing with Traffic, Santana, ELO and and E.L.&P.
I always saw Zappa on Mothers Day, at the Morris Civic though, for some reason, he always came to my town on Mothers Day.

I saw them here in Norfolk back in the late '70's and I thought they sucked. I say a lot of other groups too, Tull, Heep, ZZ Top, Zappa and some I can't remember . . .

Hey Cros,
I don't s'pose that means you'll be in Vegas on the 24th does it?
Onacuz I'll really need to get out of the house that day.
It's kid day at Casa Abby.

Perhaps you're taking the phrase America's playground a bit too literally.

I won't be able to pull that off, much as I'd like to meat your step child.

Ringo's kid is one hell of a drimmer. He reminded me a lot of Keith Moon.

That's a pretty great set.
And no, I'm not trying to turn this into another Anna Nicole thread.
