I live in the town where the Freedom Riders' bus was overturned and set on fire (with the activists inside struggling to escape). Those people are still around and have passed their opinions and views to their descendents.

All the more reason not to humor them. After all, I wouldn't want the others to be insulted gratuitously.

It sucked.

While in Tamarac I searched the phone book for beer stores. Tamarac, Oakland Park, Ft Lauderdale and other locations within 1hr yielded two hefe, one Polish beer, one Czeckerland beer, and one other that I don't remember.

I spent the entire time drinking green stuf (Jade Edouard) and (God forbid) Hurricane High Gravity beer in 22 oz cans.

Next time I go to FL I'm taking a couple of cases of beer with me.

How the fuck can that many people exist in such a small area and NOT have any good beer?



Liver, sorry to see you have another malidy which appears to be a Brown Recluse Spider bite but may be bacterial. Hope you finish recovering soon.
