What do we make of all this?
(Yeah I know I've been away for E-fuckin'-ever...)
Whatever.
The great thing though is that this place is a life of its own and regardless of who lives here and who dies here, it'll continue.
Woo-Hoo!

Ok.
Now given that and given that this f'ed up country is on the verge...
What's up with it?!
Ya' wanna know what brought me to down a half a bottle of Peat Monster and post here?!
Scotter Libby, Libby, Libbys going ta' jail, jail, jail...
not!

I wished he had sold a little pot when he sold out his country, they would'a really locked his ass up then.

"I respect the jury's verdict. But..."
Uh-oh.
"...I have concluded that the prison sentence given to Mr. Libby is excessive. Therefore, I am commuting the portion of Mr. Libby's sentence that required him to spend 30 months in prison," Bush wrote in a statement.
Um, wait a minute, can he even do that?
Wouldn't that, under most normal circumstances,
indicate a lack of respect for the jury's verdict?
Wouldn't it seem to implicate Libby even further
as a potentially corrupt potential crony?
The only thing I ought to be surprised about anymore
is that I am still capable of surprise.

Spend some time in Washington, Peeps. That'll cure your capability for surprise.

Can't remember but the punchline is "Queefer Sutherland".
Oh, and fuck the president. He's such a corrupt piece of stinking dog shit that he doesn't deserve to have the title president capitalized. And I'm really glad Bush commuted Libby's sentence, as that will help elect his opponents, who will find new ways to ruin things.

Anyone that wants to go into politics is either corrupt is nuts. Either way most turn up as lobbyists & DC & just exacerbate the problem.

Hi CG.

I'm so far gone...
All I can do is work and work and work.
I hear the Political Jibba-Jabba...
I hear the Economical Jibba-Jabba...
Help.
I'm alive. I'm working my ass off. I'm rarely drinking. I'm still listening to a lot of Tom!

Hiya, Shug.
This carnival always ends with a dirt-party.
Might as well just try to enjoy the noise,
put up with the smell,
and get to know the freaks.

Wow, I didn't notice that picture Prol posted of Archaeopteryx until just now.
They have 4 of those at the Museum of Natural History here, in fact I think one of them is that exact one Prol posted a picture of. Cool stuff.
