It's a pic of a box of half eaten food.
When I visited Cros in SF we came back to hotel all drunk and shitty one night (OK, every night). There was a box of food outside one of the other rooms. We snatched it and Cros had a late night snack... Fucking drunks.
For some reason I took a pic.
For some reason I stumbled across it the other day.
