I got my order with the Gentiane like a week and a half ago.

I still haven't gotten around to tasting it.

I haven't even had any other absinthe since then either.

How pathetic am I?

On the bright side, I did taste some Grand Marnier 100th Anniversary for free at the company holiday party. Yummy stuff.

Alcoholism, like most sports, can only be perfected by countless hours of practise. Coaching will only take you so far.

Grand Marnier is good over vanilla ice cream and strawberries.

More like on top of a pile of fresh raspberries and blackberries. I'm all over that!
