QUOTE
The shirts at issue feature the words "Bush Lied/They Died" superimposed over the names of more than 3,000 soldiers who have died since the U.S. invaded Iraq.
The shirt is currently illegal to sell in four states, with pending legislation in Florida.
QUOTE
Frazier said it will take a court order to stop him from selling the shirts. But he said he hopes it doesn't come to that.
A recently passed Arizona law criminalizes the sale of the shirts altogether (since the seller is based there). A suit has been filed by the
AZ ACLU.

States that disregard the Constitution like that should have all federal funding removed.
Think about all the advertising dollars paid to news networks for commercials run during programs about the war. Isn't that a case of somebody making money off the deaths of troops?
In any case, if the cocksucker legislators in AZ actually cared about the Troops, they'd vote to bring them home so their names wouldn't end up on a T-shirt.

Oh, yes, indeedy. Even more glaring: the pundits and TV journalists whose careers are largely funded by propagating actual misinformation about the war. Two surveys in 2003 and 2004 by the Program on International Policy Attitudes concluded that 1) the more TV news people watched the more misinformed they were, and 2) misinformed people tended to support the current administration. We're talking
gross and deleterious misinformation.

ABSTRACT
This study investigates the possibility that government-issued terror warnings could increase
support for the president...social identity theory suggests that fear of external attacks leads to increased
support for standing leaders...Across several regression models, results showed a
consistent, positive relationship between terror warnings and presidential approval. I also found
that government-issued terror warnings increased support for President Bush's handling of the
economy.
