Means you can stay 4 days, on a 'cuz there's that extra day of xit to do.

God bless coals over gas too.

I've even rigged mine to keep the coals on one side so
I can smoke stuff on the other and still add wood chips during the smoking.
I've smoked salmon, olives (thanks Prol), cheese once (I need to work on that a bit), and catfish. Yummy.

I tried flounder once. Fell apart. I'll have to try catfish. Salmon is really nice.
