Time to read the new Harry Potter?
Um, sure.
We've got a couple hours.
After you're done with that you can pick up the Hardy boys series and some Nancy Drew.

Um, no.
He's manic.
I know, he knows.
Yes,
12 hours at the brewery Saturday,
still up at 6 on Sunday for a bike ride,
bed at 1:30am,
job at 6:30am, then brewery until 9pm last night,
back to work at 6:30am.
At least all the manic activity is keeping the drinking down,
though I'm still not tired
though I have nothing to do this afternoon,
prolly go for a 2 hour bike ride and roast some coffee.

Kuebler absinthe is soon to be available in the USA! A more tradtional absinthe than Lucid on account of the authentic anise kick and with a real pedigree! This absinthe is white in colour, as is the case with all Swiss Clandestine absinthes, and delivers a spectacular louche - perhaps on account of it’s strong herbal complexity with a strong note of star anise. The reason that Swiss abinsthe is white is due to it’s true underground clandestine roots -
What an idiot.
So Kuebler is more authentic because it uses star anise?
All suisse clandestine absinthes are white? Really, so those Verte's I had must have been bogus?
Once again, it has a strong louche because of what... that authentic Star anise.? Good thing it adds so much complexity to absinthe.

WINNIE'S AN IDIOT(there, I said it).
You have obviously missed the point.
(1) Absinthe Ordinair was sold in greater quantity than Absinthe Suisse, simply because the masses were drinking it.
(2) Therefore, it follows that Absinthe Ordinair is more traditional than Absinthe Suisse.
(3) Therefore more star anise is more traditional than less star anise.
They are all brilliant and we are not.
NOT.
