(1) Absinthe Ordinair was sold in greater quantity than Absinthe Suisse, simply because the masses were drinking it.
(2) Therefore, it follows that Absinthe Ordinair is more traditional than Absinthe Suisse.
(3) Therefore more star anise is more traditional than less star anise.
They are all brilliant and we are not.

Doesn't all absinthe have underground roots?
Roots can add a wonderful flavor to an Absinthe.
But only star anise root adds the unique whiteness typical in a traditional absinthe.
