Finally got my Mag out after about a month of work and am dedicating the day to relaxation. Sipping on a fine Seattlé. If Pontarliar was the birthplace of absinthe in the late 18th or early 19th century, Seattle (the greater area) is probably the place of its rebirth in the late 20th century and absinthe from there has specific flavor characteristics, thus it xould have a geographic designation like classic absinthes do -- Seattlé.

And this is a fine example -- wormwood (Eaglemont™?) upfront and good fennel.
