2000 cases of 6 [of Kübler] just arrived in the United States TODAY! They are to be released in October in the following markets:
Vegas - first week of October
New York - around the middle of October
Boston - towards the end of October
Mhhh...I wonder why they think absinthe would be big in Vegas?
I bet there won't be any clowns featured in the marketing campaign.

I think it's funny Boston is on the list. Maybe they'll serve Absinthe at Fenway. They'll call it "The Green Monster". Except Kubler is white...

Maybe someone should put it Ebay. Then again, maybe they could build a NOLA set in Vegas, it would be cheaper than the Venetian.

I asked a person involved with bringing Kubler to the US why Lucid seemed to move so much faster through the approval process. Kubler has a low thujone count but within tolerance levels (under 10ppm). Lucid has no thujone at all. Wonder how Ned made the stuff?

The 53 version if it had not been modified down the way to America is 8 mg/l. LuXit, according to what the others say, is also below 10 mg/l, personally, reading the reviews, I give it around 6 mg/l.
Also, it might be interesting wheter the strong badiane profile was changed especially for the American market or not.
For TTB no thujone=<10 mg/l, whereas in EuroFuckyLand it is the second gate.
How LuXit was quicker than K remains the main question right now.

Lucid wasn't just under 10ppm. It has no thujone at all. That's why it was approved so quickly.
When Lucid was approved there were calls to the TTB asking what was going on.
No thujone at all and you get approved fast (by their standards).

Lucid tastes like diesel fuel,

you were lied to my friend and by someone affiliated with a brand. any absinthe approved in the usa must be thujone free which means that it needs to be 10 ppm or less. lucid as kubler are both "thujone free" but both have levels of thujone just under 10 ppm

Kubler has less than 10ppm. Lucid was required to have zero, not under 10ppm. I don't think their attorney had any reason to lie about it.

Ah, rumours. I've heard other rumours that Lucid has some thujone - which would make sense given they certainly use wormwood.
I still don't like it; it's the Reader's Digest version of absinthe. But there's no need to spread rumours about that ;).

Stroller, that's fine, believe what you want but you were still given incorrect information. He didn't lie, Kubler hasn't lied, and neither has Ned. All possible because, as has now been officially clarified by the TTB, less than 10 = ZERO. End of story.
If, on the other hand, you insist on believing otherwise, all you're doing is selling Czeckerland assbinth for them, to wit:
Accodring to a post on a web forum there is a big difference between Lucid Absinthe & Kubler (both available in the USA). The reason why Lucid was first off the block, according to the post, is that it contains NO THUJONE whatsoever:
Lucid wasn’t just under 10ppm. It has no thujone at all. That’s why it was approved so quickly. When Lucid was approved there were calls to the TTB asking what was going on.No thujone at all and you get approved fast (by their standards).Found
