That's right.
It is "Bad" old fashioned booze.
Even Colbert thought the name and label were stupid.

Might be part of their inducin'-vomitin's drinks' marketing and PR.
Isn't it strange only LuXit gained various nicknames on the fora, is always raising controversies, and defends itself so weakly? How Kouzobler is doin' its marketing in such a way no one pays much attention to, is another question.
The name xould reflect something and bring good reminiscences or connotations. What lucid might mean, then?
According to Encarta: emitting light (fluorescent???), or mentally clear, especially only for a period between episodes of delirium or psychosis (ballztrippin'?).
According to Merriam-Webster: translucent (I hear it is actually louching, so a contradiction).
From the brand new absinthes I like Rouqette 1797, that name is really lucid (clear), and brings very good reminiscence of venerable Pierre O., whether he had already been murdered on some Pergamon altar, or not.
