Reminds me of some Billy Bobs that were renting a house near me. They didn't run the lawn tractors down our road, but let the 10yr old load a bunch of little kids in a golf cart and race up and down our road.
He also had an Airboat in his backyard he liked to tune up by gunning the engine! ( Think car engine w/ an airplane propeller!)
