Be American, buy America!
Though that isn't an option with absinthe, yet.
$129.11 for a bottle of Jade. That's with the three ship for the price of one deal.
Don't travel to Europe and try not to buy their products.

It was very unlike my father.

For your info, not part of the eurozone, but from the 13th of June onwards host to eurofuckers for you to spank at will when they irritate you.
And you get to laugh at them at the rather provincial disco party on Saturday where the eurofuckers will generally be making a fool of themselves - and yes, you can even make bunny cry.
If you're feeling grumpy about your country, you'll also find a kindred spirit in Hellbitch. We'll try to stay well clear of you two grumpy old gentlemen but fail miserably - the Val de Travers ain't big enough.

Guess I'm the odd man out. I just dropped a nauseatingly large chunk of change on non-refundable r/t tickets to the UK, with the plan to beg/borrow/steal a motor-sickle and ride to Normandy for D-Day (have snorkle, will travel).
The exchange rate is making this grandiose scheme of mine a financial nightmare.

For sum Euro is good, fer sum definitely not. We are about to adopt it in 2 years' time. In bigger cities the prices are already presented in both currencies; for sum it is confusin' and irritatin' in a sense. Future, if it cums, shall tell.
However, at the very moment, Poland is not ready to accept Euro that easily and s moothly and people demand referendum in that case.

US Military Reject Boeing for Airbus US Aircraft manufacturers, Boeing say they are waiting for an explanation from the military on a recent decision to give a $40bn contract for in-flight refueling tankers to their European rivals Airbus before they appeal the decision in congress.
Commander of the US Air Force's Air Mobility Command, Gen Arthur J Lichte, defended the decision to opt for the European bid saying the design had numerous advantages for the military over Boeing's design.
He said the European tanker had "More passengers, more cargo, more fuel to offload, more availability, more flexibility and more dependability. And it costs a shitload more than Boeing, with the crappy exchange rate and all, but, what the hell, we've gotta milk this adminstration for as much as we can before the shit hits the fan after November!"
