We only got halfway through the beer but we did manage to sample 4 different vintage Absinthes.

Vintage Absinthe is overrated.

Maybe, it certainly is expensive.

That's why it has to be overrated.

Snacked on a Cold Mountain from the vault.

Kagor 2006 Basvinhol WB wineyard, excellent substitute for Malaga, from the cellars of Branieszti. Prolly, the best red dessert wine I have ever eaten. Not much detectable alcohol: 16%, little syrupiness, beautiful earthy character in the finish married well with black currant initial attack. Interesting fact about the content of the bottle: 640 ml.
