So, being a nearly unemployable misfit with a talent for cooking and mixing flavors, I'm considering investing sum of the small bit of insurance money I got in a bartending course with job placement as a car-ear xift. Could be a not-so bad move but I dunno . . .

What's there to learn about bartending that you don't already know? Be generous with booze for good tips and let your friends drink for free.
