Umm, I assume it is truly a blueberry (like the fruit) facial made/given to your dog (like your pet, not your ex-girlfriend). Not terribly uncommon to see folks doing such work, however usually facials do not have to penetrate such a full haircoverage (if you bid on it, ask for your pet's head to be shaved to skin;)
