wise for a reason-weather like this,
and I'm sure it's the same shit
there, even though it's winter.
Last year on xmas eve night, there was
a lovely blizzard here.

Snowed all day, but every damn flake melted as it hit the ground. What a pointless waste.

Snow is good! Rain is better. Beats the hell out of swirling dust-devils we had when I was home for x-mas last weekend!

Maybe they should cash in on the drought. "See what the dirty 30's were all about! Come visit the re-creation of the dust bowl" Only been in one bad dust-storm (1988, I think) -- a lot of Okie dirt brought up several hundred miles in that one, everything was red -- Very Erie! Kinda like a red blizzard!

We're expecting snow down to 2000 feet in the San Fran area. Should be a good storm.

Yeah, I hear ya ... it's a freezing 70 degrees here today ... we had some sprinkles but it let up after about 10 minutes. I actually had to put on a sweater vest it got so cold.

Last year's snowstorm hit here on Christmas Day.
Didn't leave the house, stayed home,
drank wine, beer & spiced cider, and made pizzas,
only think lacking was a fireplace.
This year, 50 degrees and rain tomorrow.
Went to my Uncles place 2 minutes from Gunstock Mt. on Sunday to ski until tomorrow, came home early due to slushy conditions and the coming rain.
Fuck rain, I want snow!

We almost ALWAYS get a snowstorm around the 1st of the year. We have gotten buried a few times in the last 5 years or so.

And from rainy Washington, sunny. No snow, little rain.

Drizzle in Sacramento. Today, even the rain here is half-assed.

45 degrees in Oregon with... RAIN! Just like every day for the next 5 months.
