I wrote to the seller, who, judging from her feedback, is honest. She said she was unaware that the spoons were faked, and she immediately - within minutes - changed the description, as well as reducing the price to 10 EUR. It's these amended details which are also reflected in the relisting.
So, very unusually for eBay, this seems to be a case of a reputable seller who made a mistake, rather than another deliberate scam.
