While Lucid does have some stomach settling properties, I haven't noticed anything even close to 2nd fairies. Admittedly I rarely drink more than a couple glasses of it, but 2 glasses of the 'Merkin Kubler produces a hint of something besides drunkeness.

I tried #8 the other night. That's one to stay clear of and coming from me that's saying something. I've read about some of you sinking stuff I love as I've not had anything better so far. #8 tasted like a slight step up from Francois Guy. There was no wormwood bitterness at all. As far as secondaries, I think I must've done too many drugs growing up and become desensitized because I haven't noticed absinthe doing xit to me except get me drunk. "Maybe I wasn't getting good shit."

Haven't seen batch numbers on any bottles being sold in the liquor stores here in Denver. However anyone wanting a bottle PM me and I can get some sent to you. Think the cost at DaveCo was ~65 last time I was there (a couple of weeks back). Haven't tried it yet, still pissed that the dipnut hasn't invited me down to see his setup....
